The freshness and tanginess of fruits can be converted into dessert by making some delicious sorbet out of them. The frozen dessert captures all the flavours of the fruit and presents a cooler, more refreshing form of it. And what can be a better fruit than jamun or black plum to make sorbet with? The distinct purple colour and the subtle sweet taste of the berry makes it one of the most unique fruits. While jamun is usually enjoyed in the summers, no one's stopping you from having some in the cold weather. And, we think TV personality Mini Mathur is one of those too thinks along the same lines. Not just sorbet, Mini Mathur also enjoyed a glass of jamun cocktail while in Goa which was an absolute treat to the eyes.
