Let's admit it - chips are one of the handiest and most delicious snacks to exist. The moment we feel hungry, we grab a packet of chips, tear it open, and enjoy this addictive snack. The price of our favourite treat too is quite reasonable, starting from 10 rupees. However, the number of chips inside the packet can prove to be quite disappointing. Brands often cut down on costs by reducing the chips and filling the packet with air instead. Recently, a Reddit user faced a similar situation when he purchased a chips packet for ten rupees only. Rather than being pleased with the economical pricing, he was shocked to find that the packet contained more air and fewer chips inside. Take a look at the post he shared:

The post was shared by the Reddit user in the sub-Reddit r/India, who tagged the picture as 'Crime'. "This is all I got in my Rs10 pack," he complained in the post. Although the brand of the chips was not visible, it seemed to be a packet of nacho chips. The top half of the packet was completely empty and just a handful of chips could be seen at the bottom.
Hundreds of Reddit users could relate to the post and poured in their comments to it. "You were supposed to inhale it as soon as you opened it... part of the experience now. Too late now," joked one user. "Shrinkflation for the product, inflation for the packaging, and the customer gets caught in between," wrote another one.
