How often does it happen to most of us that we will eat a proper, cooked and pre-planned meal for our breakfast, lunch and dinner, but when it comes to those evening hunger pangs, we have no meal planned and end up snacking on whatever salty, spicy and sweet packaged goods we can get our hands immediately on. Relatable right? The result? We mess up our healthy eating plans and calorie intake. To prevent this, it is best to take your evening snacks seriously, and instead of indulging in packaged chips or any other such snack, we prepare a quick and healthy snack for our evening indulgences.
