Ingredients of Aloo Hare Lehun Ki Sabzi

  • 250 gms green garlic, chopped
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 green chillies, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp mango powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste red chilli powder
  • for garnishing coriander leaves

How to Make Aloo Hare Lehun Ki Sabzi

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and wait till they crackle.

Add potatoes and stir-fry till potatoes are soft but not fully cooked.

Add all the spices and garlic leaves. Cover and let it cook for 5-10 minutes. Add water if required.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
