Ingredients of Coconut-Ginger Chutney

  • 1 Cup coconut, grated
  • 2 inch ginger (skinned and washed)
  • 3 Green chillies
  • Tamarind (size of a small lemon)
  • to taste salt
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

How to Make Coconut-Ginger Chutney

  • 1.Grind all the ingredients except oil to a coarse paste.
  • 2.Add coconut oil and can be used as side dish for rice.
