- 1 Cup coconut, grated
- 2 inch ginger (skinned and washed)
- 3 Green chillies
- Tamarind (size of a small lemon)
- to taste salt
- 1 tsp coconut oil
How to Make Coconut-Ginger Chutney
- 1.Grind all the ingredients except oil to a coarse paste.
