Ingredients of Crepe Amatrra
- 2 Tbsp wheat flour
- 1 Tbsp corn flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tsp olive oil
- 4 medium-sized strawberries
- 1 cup assorted grapes
- Few pieces of pineapple
- 1/2 an orange
- Few pieces of apple
- 1/2 a kiwi
- 2 tsp drinking chocolate
- 2 tsp strawberry topping
How to Make Crepe Amatrra

Make a batter of wheat flour, corn flour and water.

Heat a non-stick pan, pour a bit of oil and make thin pancakes using the batter.
3.
Peel and dice all the fruits, and roll into the pancakes.
4.
Dredge over with drinking chocolate.
5.
Serve with strawberry sauce and garnish with fresh strawberries.
