Crepes made from wheat flour and filled with loads of fruits makes these a healthy breakfast option.

Ingredients of Crepe Amatrra

  • 2 Tbsp wheat flour
  • 1 Tbsp corn flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp olive oil
  • 4 medium-sized strawberries
  • 1 cup assorted grapes
  • Few pieces of pineapple
  • 1/2 an orange
  • Few pieces of apple
  • 1/2 a kiwi
  • 2 tsp drinking chocolate
  • 2 tsp strawberry topping

How to Make Crepe Amatrra

  • 1.Make a batter of wheat flour, corn flour and water.
  • 2.Heat a non-stick pan, pour a bit of oil and make thin pancakes using the batter.
  • 3.Peel and dice all the fruits, and roll into the pancakes.
  • 4.Dredge over with drinking chocolate.
  • 5.Serve with strawberry sauce and garnish with fresh strawberries.
