How to Make Curried Parmesan Fish Fingers
1.Cut fish into finger size & marinate it with lemon juice, salt, garlic cloves, green chillies, basil leaves & curry powder.
2.Add grated Parmesan cheese & chopped basil leaves to a plate of bread crumbs.
3.Dip marinated fish in maida, bread crumbs & lightly beaten eggs.
4.Deep fry it in hot oil.
5.Serve it hot with a lemon piece, garnished with basil leaves.
