Ingredients of Green Masala

  • 3/4 cup coriander leaves- chopped
  • 2-3 green chillies- chopped
  • 2 tsp ginger- chopped
  • 6 peppercorn
  • 6 cloves
  • 1/4 cinnamon- powdered
  • 1 Tbsp rock salt
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

How to Make Green Masala

  • 1.Grind together all the ingredients and refrigerate it.
  • 2.Use it to marinate boiled potatoes or paneer, after which they can be either grilled or fried.
  • 3.You can also cook the masala over low flame, with a little water and grated coconut added to it.
