Raja Digvijay cooks an extremely easy mutton dish. Few ingredients and a great outcome. Succulent mutton cooked in the flavors of red chillies and garlic.

Ingredients of Junglee Gosht / Shikari Gosht

  • 1 Tbsp Ghee or animal fat
  • 1 Kg Mutton
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic, chopped
  • 6-8 Whole dry red chilli
  • To taste Salt
  • Water

How to Make Junglee Gosht / Shikari Gosht

  • 1.Warm ghee in a pot.
  • 2.Add mutton to the pot. Stir well.
  • 3.Add 1 Tbsp water, salt, garlic and chillies.
  • 4.Add 1 Tbsp water after every 6-8 minutes, till the next 60-75 minutes or till ready.
  • 5.Serve hot.
