Ingredients of Kacche Kele aur Varai (Sams) Ki Tikki
- 400 gms Raw banana
- 40 gram Varai
- 100 gram Boiled Grated Potato
- 20 gram Peanut
- 4 gram Amchur powder
- 2 nos Green chili
- Oil – For frying
- Salt (Rock salt)- To taste
- For Sauce-
- 120 gram Curd
- 20 gram Sugar
- 10 gram Crushed Peanut
- 15 gram Grated Cucumber
How to Make Kacche Kele aur Varai (Sams) Ki Tikki

Boil raw banana for 10-12 minutes with skin till becomes soft. Let them cool, peel and then grate.

Roast peanuts, remove skin and grind into a coarse mixture.

Add boiled grated potato, chop green chili, crushed peanut, salt and amchur

Mix well and divide into equal portions.

Flat them into palm and wrapped with Varai.
6.
fry in medium heat till becomes crisp and served with sauce.
For Sauce
1.
Mix well Curd, Sugar, Peanuts and Grated cucumber.
