Ingredients of Lemongrass Peanut Prawn Sauce
10 gms oil
5 gms ginger, chopped
5 gms garlic, chopped
4 gms lemongrass, chopped
25 gram chilli paste
40 gms peanut butter sauce
salt as per taste
5 gms broth powder
5-6 gms sugar
3 lemon juice
for garnishing spring onion, chopped
5 pcs king prawns
water
egg
corn flour
How to Make Lemongrass Peanut Prawn Sauce
Prepare the prawns:
1.Wash the prawns in water.
2.Marinate in garlic and ginger juice. Keep for 10 minutes.
3.Add salt and broth powder along with half an egg.
4.Add corn flour and mix.
5.Deep fry the prawns on high flame.
Prepare the sauce:
1.Saute chopped ginger and garlic in oil.
2.Add chopped lemon grass, chilli paste and peanut butter sauce. Heat for a minute.
3.Now add half cup of water along with salt, sugar and broth powder.
4.Add deep fried prawns to the sauce and lemon juice.
5.Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve.
