Ingredients of Lemongrass Peanut Prawn Sauce

  • 10 gms oil
  • 5 gms ginger, chopped
  • 5 gms garlic, chopped
  • 4 gms lemongrass, chopped
  • 25 gram chilli paste
  • 40 gms peanut butter sauce
  • salt as per taste
  • 5 gms broth powder
  • 5-6 gms sugar
  • 3 lemon juice
  • for garnishing spring onion, chopped
  • 5 pcs king prawns
  • water
  • egg
  • corn flour

How to Make Lemongrass Peanut Prawn Sauce

  • Prepare the prawns:
  • 1.Wash the prawns in water.
  • 2.Marinate in garlic and ginger juice. Keep for 10 minutes.
  • 3.Add salt and broth powder along with half an egg.
  • 4.Add corn flour and mix.
  • 5.Deep fry the prawns on high flame.
  • Prepare the sauce:
  • 1.Saute chopped ginger and garlic in oil.
  • 2.Add chopped lemon grass, chilli paste and peanut butter sauce. Heat for a minute.
  • 3.Now add half cup of water along with salt, sugar and broth powder.
  • 4.Add deep fried prawns to the sauce and lemon juice.
  • 5.Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve.
