- 750 gms chicken
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp ghee
- 2 tbsp cashews
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 2 tbsp pistachios
- 2 tbsp almonds, blanched
- 1/2 cup onions
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 2 Bay leaves
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 5 Cloves
- 5 Black pepper corn
- 2 Black cardamom
- 5 Green cardamom
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups rice
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 tsp saffron
