About Multigrain Paratha Recipe: A wholesome, yummy paratha packed with the goodness of jowar and ragi!

Ingredients of Multigrain Paratha

  • 2 Tbsp jowar flour
  • 2 Tbsp ragi flour
  • 2 Tbsp soya flour
  • 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
  • 1/2 tsp ajwain
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Oil (for cooking)
  • Water (for kneading dough)

How to Make Multigrain Paratha

  • 1.Combine all the ingredients together except oil and knead soft dough with water.
  • 2.Divide the dough into equal parts and roll out each portion into circular motion.
  • 3.Now heat a non-stick griddle and cook each portion one after another in little oil until golden brown. Serve hot.
