About Paneer Pakoda Recipe: Perfect snack with a hot cup of tea on a rainy day. Paneer pieces coated in a besan batter and deep fried till golden.

Ingredients of Paneer Pakodas

  • 1/2 Cup besan
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp green chilli
  • to taste salt
  • 3 tsp soda
  • 500 gms refined oil
  • 250 gms paneer

How to Make Paneer Pakodas

  • 1.In a bowl, add besan, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, green chillies, soda and salt for taste.
  • 2.Mix them together and keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • 3.In a wok, add refined oil.
  • 4.Coat the paneer with batter and deep fry the paneer till golden.
  • 5.Serve hot.
