Mock duck has a meaty flavor but made with vegetarian ingredients, as
the name suggests. Usually its made with soya but the one used in this
recipe is made with wheat protien. It is a low fat, high protien substitute for duck meat. Available at leading supermarkets.Key Ingredients: honey
Marinate the mock duck with all the ingredients for an hour or so. Keep it in the refrigerator.
Once marinated, in a pan, stir fry the duck till golden brown and serve with some stir-fried asparagus.
