Let's admit it, an Indian meal is almost incomplete without a chutney on the side. It helps add an interesting contrast of flavours and textures to a dish and always makes our mouths water. Doesn't it? But what fascinates us the most about chutneys is their versatility. For people who like their meals spicy, there's pudina chutney or chilli garlic chutney to the rescue. And those who don't have enough tolerance for spice would usually opt for sweeter chutneys like mango or jaggery. But that's not all. There's also a wide range of chutneys for people who like to add a hint of tanginess to their meal, and for this, tomato chutney is the most popular option. If you're someone who enjoys pairing meals with tomato chutney but is also interested in trying something different, we suggest trying this Andhra-style tomato chutney.

What Is The Best Way To Store Andhra-Style Tomato Chutney?
The best way to store this chutney is in an airtight container. Keep it in a cool and dark place, as any exposure to light may decrease its shelf life. Additionally, you could also dip the containers in warm water for some time before you transfer the chutney to them. This helps sterilise them. However, make sure to dry it completely as any exposure to moisture can end up ruining your chutney.
