Scrambled Eggs With Broccoli On Toast Recipe
Ingredients –
5 eggs
1 flower of broccoli
2 bread slices
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon butter
Salt and pepper
2 teaspoons ketchup
Method –
Step 1- Crack the eggs in a bowl and whisk them thoroughly.
Step 2- In a non-stick pan, heat olive oil and butter. Cut broccoli into small pieces and cook for two minutes in the pan.
Step 3– Add the whisked eggs, salt and pepper and cook till the eggs dry up. Stir continuously so that the eggs don't stick to the pan. Add more olive oil or butter or even water, if needed.
Step 4– Place the bread slices in the toaster and wait for them to pop out brown and crispy.
Step 5- Slather some ketchup on the bread slices and place the scrambled eggs and broccoli mixture on top.
Step 6 – You can garnish with grated cheese or some Italian herbs. (Optional)
