Amritsari Bun Chole Recipe: How To Make Amritsari Bun Chole
To begin with the recipe, you first need to soak the chole for about 5-6 hours or overnight.

Once the chana masala is ready, add chopped onion, chopped boiled potatoes, green chillies, and chopped tomatoes. Mix well.
Now take a bun, slice it into two halves. Spread chana masala on one half and sprinkle some chaat masala and coriander leaves on top. Cover the bun with another half.
Now roast the bun on the griddle from both the sides. Serve along with your favourite chutney and enjoy!
