To begin with, take a large mixing bowl, add besan flour, or you can also moong dal batter (if soaked overnight).
Add salt, red chilli powder, and garam masala to taste. Mix well. After it, add 2 tbsp of curd and water as required. Now, add boiled palak paste. Mix everything until a smooth and lump-free paste.
