Shilpa Shetty is one of the fittest celebrities in the industry today. The actor swears by a strict fitness regime and a gluten-free, vegan diet which is filled with all things healthy. Apart from her inspiring yoga sessions, Shilpa Shetty regularly shares glimpses from her daily diet for her 19.3 million-strong Instagram following. We often see snippets of the actor's healthy treats which she makes for herself and her family, be it a gluten-free banana bread or a healthy salad with vegetables from her own backyard. Recently, Shetty enjoyed a delicious South Indian spread for breakfast at home. The yummy breakfast comprised a hearty homemade Dosa and all the wonderful accompaniments that come with it.

"Dosa lover," was what Shilpa Shetty captioned the story as. In the photograph she shared, we could spot a thin, crispy Dosa which was perfectly cooked on all sides. Along with the Dosa, there was a flavourful Masala made traditional South Indian-style. There was also a zingy tomato chutney as well as some desiccated coconut paired with the hearty Dosa.
What a wonderful way to kick-start the day, right? Shilpa Shetty had recently shared a home remedy that can help tackle acidity and indigestion. The Carom-Cumin-Fennel or CCF drink, as she called it, involved roasting equal parts of all three seeds and grinding to a fine powder. Swearing by this concoction, Shilpa Shetty suggested consuming the powder daily with a glass of water and a dash of lemon.
