Samosa, the popular Indian tea-time treat, is a must-have at desi parties. On rainy days or when having a get-together, this classic Indian snack is just the perfect indulgence. The Internet is filled with bizarre samosa fusions like biryani samosa, chocolate samosa, macaroni samosa, croissant samosa, bhindi samosa and a lot more. While the classic samosa is timeless, these funky variations add a wave of unique excitement to the menu. One of these variations is chicken samosa, which is selling like hotcakes in the streets of Vijayawada.
A samosa stall near the Andhra Media Academy, in the quaint locality of Mogalrajapuram in Vijayawada, has become a favourite spot for food enthusiasts, News 18 reported. The best part is that you can indulge in these delectable treats without spending much money. The stall owner charges a reasonable price ranging from Rs 30 to Rs 40 for a plateful of these savoury delights.

The process of crafting these crispy chicken samosas is surprisingly simple. The journey begins with boiling the chicken and frying it in edible oil. Once the chicken is fried to perfection, it is mixed with the wet flour and given the shape of the iconic samosa. Next, it is fried in oil to reach the pinnacle of taste and texture.
For non-vegetarian cuisine aficionados, the stall also offers an array of tantalising options, including prawn, mutton and egg samosas, each promising a unique and delightful flavour experience.
Speaking to the news outlet, the owner said, “Earlier we used to sell onion samosas. But in order to attract more customers to run the business with good profits, we started selling non-veg samosas, including chicken samosa a decade ago. As it is the rainy season people in good number are visiting our stall in the evenings”
