"Jab khane ki baat chali hai, aur chaat ki baat chali hai toh Lucknow ka naam aana bhi swaabhavik hai (When it comes to food, and specifically chaat, it is only natural to mention Lucknow)," stated PM Modi. He further mentioned the names of two renowned outlets in Sydney known for their delectable Indian cuisine. "Vaise maine suna hai ki Harris Park mein Chatkazz ki 'Chaat' and Jaipur Sweets ki Jalebi - unka toh koi jawaab hee nahi hai (I have heard that Chatkazz's Chaat and Jalebi at Jaipur Sweets have no match)," said PM Modi amid resounding cheers from the audience.
He further expressed his desire for his Australian counterpart, Anthony Albanese, to experience the exquisite food there.
