A great accompaniment with mainly South Indian delicacies but you can pair up with Parathas and Chapati as well.

Ingredients of Coconut Chutney

  • 100 Gram Peanuts (skinned and ground), roasted
  • 100 Gram Coconut, grated
  • 2 Green chillies (seeded), chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Mint, chopped
  • 2 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 12 Curry leaves

How to Make Coconut Chutney

  • 1.Grind peanuts, coconut, chillies, herbs, garlic, sugar, and lemon juice and salt together.
  • 2.Heat oil and toss in mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  • 3.Stir and fry for a few seconds before mixing into the chutney.
  • 4.Serve.
