Coconut Chutney Recipe
A great accompaniment with mainly South Indian delicacies but you can pair up with Parathas and Chapati as well.

Ingredients of Coconut Chutney
- 100 Gram Peanuts (skinned and ground), roasted
- 100 Gram Coconut, grated
- 2 Green chillies (seeded), chopped
- 1 Tbsp Coriander, chopped
- 1 Tbsp Mint, chopped
- 2 tsp Garlic paste
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 12 Curry leaves

Grind peanuts, coconut, chillies, herbs, garlic, sugar, and lemon juice and salt together.
Heat oil and toss in mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Stir and fry for a few seconds before mixing into the chutney.
