How are Cloud Eggs Made?
Making cloud eggs is no rocket science. All you need are a few eggs and an oven and you will be able to make the best fluff beds. You need to separate the egg white from the yolk. Whip the whites until they get thick, foamy and bouncy. You could add cheese or bacon to enhance the taste. Next, spoon the whipped whites on the baking tray lined with baking paper, giving it a cloud shape. Bake these whites in a preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes at 200 degrees or until they are cooked well. Once baked, add the yolk carefully right on the top of the baked whites and bake again for a couple of minutes until the yolk is slightly cooked and the egg whites turn slightly brown. Voila!
