How To Make Gypsy Toast | Gypsy Egg Toast Recipe:
For Gypsy Toast, you need two eggs, a little less than half cup milk, four to five slices of breads, some chopped onions, green chillies, tomatoes, coriander leaves, grated ginger, salt, black pepper and oil or butter.
Whip the egg with all the other ingredients (except bread and oil/butter) and dunk the bread slices in it. Heat oil /butter on a pan (preferably flat pan) and place the soaked bread slices on it. Cook on medium to low flame until each side gets crispy and golden brown in colour. Serve it hot with some ketchup by the side. You may also avoid adding the veggies; instead beat the egg with just milk and salt and follow rest of the process as is.
