Amritsari Paneer Pakoda Recipe: How To Make Amritsari Paneer Pakoda
To begin with the recipe, we first need to make the batter. Take gram flour in a large bowl, add rice flour, refined flour, asafoetida, carom seeds, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, lemon juice, salt and water to it. Mix well and keep it aside.
Now, sprinkle some salt over the paneer. Cut it into smaller pieces and dip them in the batter. Once done, deep fry in a pan over high-flame or until they turn golden brown. Amritsari paneer pakoda is ready! Garnish with some dried mango powder and serve hot!
