How To Make Moringa Khakhra At Home | Moringa Khakhra Recipe
The recipe for this delicious Moringa Khakhra was shared by digital creator Nitya Hegde (@finefettlecookerys). To make this:
1. Start by taking a handful of moringa leaves and rinsing them. Set them aside.
2. Once they dry, add the leaves to a bowl along with one cup of atta, salt, garam masala, chilli powder, oil and turmeric. Add water to the ingredients and knead this into a dough.
3. Take a small amount of dough and divide it into small balls. With a rolling pin, roll it into the shape of chapatis.
4. Place a tawa on low heat. Once it's hot, place the rolled moringa chapati over it and roast it on low heat on both sides.
5. Use a cloth press to make sure the chapati is light golden brown or crisp, and enjoy!
