Bread is one of the most underrated comfort foods. To have a perfectly toasted slice and enjoy it with warm, molten butter is a pleasure in itself. It is said that the ideal bread is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Cutting up the bread is another task which requires patience and attention to detail.
