Ingredients of Chicken Malai Makhni
- 200 gms chicken malai kebab
 - A pinch of garam masala
 - 60 ml cream
 - 30 gms butter
 - A pinch of kasoori methi
 - For the makhni sauce:
 - 200 gms tomato puree
 - 100 gms tomatoes
 - 60 gms onions
 - 5 gms ginger
 - 2 Green chillies
 - to taste salt and pepper
 - 1 tsp garam masala
 - 3 tbsp oil
 - 50 gms fresh coriander
 - A pinch of red chilli powder
 
How to Make Chicken Malai Makhni

Heat oil in a kadahi and make the makhni sauce.

Add the onions, ginger, green chillies and the garam masala and saute for a minute.
3.
Add the tomatoes, the tomato puree and cook for 15 minutes.
4.
Add the chicken pieces and butter and cook for 2 minutes.
5.
Add the cream, season and garnish with kasoori methi and a pinch of garam masala.
6.
Serve hot.
