About Chicken Malai Makhni Recipe | Chicken Recipe: A creamy, spicy, delicious chicken recipe. Soft, tender chicken kebabs simmered in a gravy of tomato puree, butter and cream. An amazing dinner party option, best served with naan, chapati or paratha.
Ingredients of Chicken Malai Makhni
200 Gram Chicken Malai kabab
A pinch of Garam masala
60 Ml Cream
30 Gram Butter
A pinch of Kasoori methi
For the makhni sauce:
200 Gram Tomato puree
100 Gram Tomatoes
60 Gram Onions
5 Gram Ginger
2 Green chillies
Salt and pepper - to taste
1 tsp Garam masala
3 Tbsp Oil
50 Gram Fresh coriander
Pinch of red chilli powder
How to Make Chicken Malai Makhni
1.Heat oil in a kadahi and make the makhni sauce.
2.Add the onions, ginger, green chillies and the garam masala and saute for a minute.
3.Add the tomatoes, the tomato puree and cook for 15 minutes.
4.Add the chicken pieces and butter and cook for 2 minutes.
5.Add the cream, season and garnish with kasoori methi and a pinch of garam masala.

This is certainly different to anything I have made - so I must now make it :) I am not sure that my friend will like it, as he likes intense and hot flavours, but maybe if I make this as part of a 2 curry meal, and have this and perhaps a meat jalfrezi for contrast.
