Ingredients of Dahi Pakodi
- For pakoris:
- 1 cup dhuli moong dal (soaked in water for 5 hours)
- Oil for frying
- For dahi:
- 1 cup yogurt (beaten smooth)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp black rock salt
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves, chopped
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, powdered
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp black salt

Lower the heat to medium, and let the pakodis fry till golden on all sides. This takes about 3-4 minutes.
