Maida rolled with ghee, ajwain and yogurt, served hot.

Ingredients of Nagori Puri

  • 1 Cup Maida (refined flour)
  • 2 Tbsp Ghee
  • 1/4 tsp Ajwain
  • To taste Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Yogurt
  • For frying Oil or ghee

How to Make Nagori Puri

  • 1.Mix the maida, ghee, ajwain, salt and yogurt and knead to a stiff dough.
  • 2.Roll out small rounds and fry first over high heat and then over low till brown and cooked through.
  • 3.Serve hot with a rasedaar aloo of your choice.
