Heat oil. Add ajwain, cloves, green cardamoms followed by onion paste. Fry until colored.Key Ingredients: Potatoes
Stir in ginger, garlic, turmeric and chilli powder. Season with salt.
Add the potatoes. Pour in the yoghurt and melon seeds. Stir and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Stir in mango pulp, cream, soaked saffron, chillies, garam masala and lemon juice. Serve immediately.
