Ingredients of Cabbage Meat Rolls
10 Large Cabbage leaves
1 Chicken/Mutton stock
1 Bunch Spring onion (green part)
2 Tbsp Spring onion (white part), chopped
1 tsp Garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp Fish sauce
200 Gram Lean minced lamb
1 Tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Green chilli paste
1 tsp Soya sauce
To taste Salt and pepper
How to Make Cabbage Meat Rolls
1.Blanch the cabbage leaves and spring onion stems in boiling stock for 10-15 seconds.
2.Combine rest of the ingredients for the filling and season well.
3.Place the filling on top of cabbage leaves and make a parcel.
4.Secure the parcel with spring onion stocks.
5.Add the cabbage parcels into the boiling stock and cook for 20 minutes.
6.Garnish with chopped coriander and spring onions.
7.Serve hot along with steamed rice.
