How To Make Besan Dosa | Besan Dosa Recipe
To make this dosa, add besan, red chilli powder, haldi, ajwain, hing, and salt in a bowl. Mix them well. Now, gradually add water to combine everything together and form a smooth batter. The batter shouldn't be too thick or too thin, so make sure to add an adequate amount of water. Heat a non-stick tawa and pour a ladleful of the prepared batter on it. Spread it evenly in a circular motion. You can drizzle some oil around the dosa at this stage. Once it seems like it's cooked, gently flip it using a spatula and allow it to cook on the other side.
