In this particular recipe, we are also using bottle gourd (lauki), onion, tomato and potato. Besides, the spices used in this dish include salt, sugar and black pepper. And to garnish, we are using some cream and freshly chopped coriander leaves.
- Now, to start with, place beetroot, bottle gourd, onion, tomato and potato in a pan and bring it to boil until the vegetables turn soft.
- Cool the vegetables down and blend in a blender. Then, strain the mashed vegetables through a sieve.
- Finally, add sugar, salt and black pepper and garnish with some cream and coriander leaves. Serve hot.
