How to Make Bhuna Ghosht (My Yellow Table)
1.Heat oil in a pan.
2.Add dry red chillies, peppercorn, pounded dhaniya seeds & jeera.
3.Now add mutton & let it brown.
4.Further add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, jeera powder & dhaniya powder and add water.
5.Allow to cook.
6.Add brown onions, green chillies , salt.
7.Add water & let it cook.
8.Add tomato puree & let it cook again.
9.Finally add meat masala & kasuri methi powder.
10.Plate it, garnish with coriander leaves.
