How to Make Apple and Walnut Salad (My Yellow Table)
1.Cut Washington apples into wedges.
2.Heat a pan on low flame, add apples, 2-3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar and 2-3 tbsp caster sugar.
3.Cook till apples absorb vinegar and sugar, leave aside to cool.
4.Caramelize caster sugar, add walnuts, leave it to cool
5.Now, in a bowl add 2-3 tbsp balsamic vinegar and chopped basil leaves.
6.To this, add salt, pepper and olive oil.
7.Whisk and add 1/2 tbsp curry powder.
8.Finish by crushing caramelized walnuts atop.
9.Serve on a bed of lettuce.
