How to Make Khoya Tarts
1.Boil a can of condensed milk for 90 minutes & caramelize it.
2.Smash some grated khoya along with some flour.
3.Grease tart moulds with desi ghee & dust it with some flour.
4.Add khoya to it & shape it into tarts.
5.Place another tart mould over it filled with uncooked lentils & bake it at 140˚c for 7 minutes.
6.Once baked, add caramelized condensed milk mixed with cream followed by sliced bananas.
7.Sprinkle some cinnamon powder atop.
