How to Make Honey and Fennel Roast Chicken
1.Mix the honey, fennel, garlic and seasoning together.
2.Spread the marinade under the skin of the chicken.
3.Roast in a hot oven, with the bay leaf, celery, onion, leek and carrot until golden brown in color.
4.Glaze with more honey and fennel before serving.
For the potatoes:
1.Mix the grated potatoes with the spices and garlic.
2.Shape into patties and fry in hot butter and oil until colored.
3.Serve with the roast chicken.
