How to Make Paneer Lababdar
1.Heat oil in a pan. Saute jeera and chopped onion in the pan until brown.
2.Add chopped tomatoes and stir well.
3.Pour some tomato puree over it for color.
4.Cook over low flame for a minute.
5.Add the jeera powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, and a dash of kasoori methi.
6.Stir in the paneer.
7.Mix the paneer well with the masalas. Let it cook over a low flame for 5 - 10 minutes. Remove from flame.
8.Pour the butter and cream over the paneer.
9.Garnish Paneer Lababdar with shredded ginger, chopped coriander and sliced tomato peel.
