Baked Sweet Potatoes with Blue Cheese Dip

  • Baked sweet potato wedges, deliciously healthy. To make it more flavorful serve with blue cheese dip.


  • For the baked fries:
  • 500 gms sweet potatoes (cut into wedges)
  • 1 tsp (10-15 ml) honey
  • 1/2 tsp paprika powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • Sprinkle some fresh thyme
  • Chopped parsley
  • For the blue cheese dip:
  • 50 - 60 gms blue cheese (here Danish Blue is used)
  • 10 ml milk
  • 30 ml mayonnaise
  • Salt to taste (not too much as blue cheese is slightly salty)
  • Pepper to taste


  1. For the baked fries:
  2. Wash and cut the sweet potatoes into wedges. Mix in the rest of the ingredients, lay evenly on a baking tray.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes in a moderate oven (around 175 degrees). Garnish with chopped parsley.

  4. For the blue cheese dip:
  5. Mix all the ingredients and blend.
