Spicy Corn Salsa

  • Indulge in some culinary magic as Aditya Bal and Devanshi fuse traditional ingredients with western influences keeping in mind the health quotient. A Mexican salsa with corn, coriander and chat masala.


  • 1 cup sweet corn
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp jalapenos, chopped
  • 1 lemon, juice
  • 1/2 tsp chilly flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • A pinch of cumin powder


  1. In a bowl mix the sweet corn, onion and jalapenos.
  2. Squeeze the juice of a lemon.
  3. Add to that chilli flakes, salt and coriander.
  4. Now add the chaat masala, cumin powder.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Serve it with baked corn tortilla chips.
