For the dough:
In a pan add flour, wheat starch, sugar, coconut and make a paste with some water. Heat it and gradually keep adding water till it starts to form a sticky dough. Keep aside to solidify.
For the filling:
In another pan add oil and saute boiled moong dal.
Add sugar, lemon juice and fruit puree. Mix well.
Plating up elements:
In a container, place a layer of the starchy dough (Like you do while making pies.)
Stuff with moong dal mixture.
Cover with a layer of the dough.
Steam for 10 minutes.
Garnish with some black sesame seeds and drizzle honey.
Ready to serve.
