How to Make BBQ Chicken Skewers (My Yellow Table)
1.Marinate chicken with lemon juice, salt, ginger & garlic paste for 20 minutes,
2.For the marinade
3.Add coriander leaves, kasuri methi leaves, garlic, walnuts and grated Parmesan in a food
4.processor and blitz it well adding olive oil in between.
5.Add some salt to taste.
6.Now, take chicken pieces and apply the marinade to it,
7.Skew chicken pieces and cook it on a grill pan.
8.Serve with the leftover coriander-methi pesto.
