How to Make Chunda Chicken Wings
1.Oil a baking tray & roast chicken wings that have been basted in oil at 120˚ C for 12 minutes.
2.Marinate the roasted chicken with sweet mango pickle, bhuna jeera, green chilli, ginger, lemon juice, coriander stems and black salt.
3.Sprinkle some sesame.
4.Roast again at 190˚ C for 15 minutes.
