How to Make Crispy Fried Curry Chicken (My Yellow Table)
1.Cut 4 chicken breasts in length.
2.Add pounded jeera, saunf, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, black pepper to the chicken, mix well.
3.Now, add chopped garlic and curry leaves to it.
4.Add refined flour and rice flour to the bowl.
5.Add pounded saunf, jeera , salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dhaniya powder and mix well.
6.Add soda .
7.Add Oil to a pan.
8.Dip chicken pieces in batter and deep fry.
10.Add tomato puree, black pepper, garlic cloves, chopped coriander to mayonnaise.
