How to Make Gosht Beliram
1.1. Marinate boneless mutton with chopped onion, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, browned onions, peppercorns, coarsely ground coriander seeds & jeera, kasuri methi powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric and red chilli powder.
2.2. Mix this well with mutton pieces and add yogurt.
3.3. Now, add some oil, salt and mix.
4.4. Transfer the mixture to a vessel, let it cook.
5.5. Garnish with coriander leaves, serve
