How to Make Paneer Bhurji
1.Heat oil in large pan.
2.Add ginger, garlic and chillies.
3.After 20 seconds stir in cumin and onions.
4.Cook onions until soft, stir in turmeric and chilli powder over a fast flame.
5.Add tomatoes and allow juices to evaporate.
6.Lower heat, add paneer and heat through. Season well.
7.Add capsicum and coriander.
8.Sprinkle with chat masala before serving.
