Ingredients of Pannakam (My Yellow Table)

  • 250 gms jaggery
  • 1 cup of water
  • 5-6 basil leaves
  • 1 ginger
  • 2-3 mandarins
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 Tbsp cardamom powder
  • salt

How to Make Pannakam (My Yellow Table)

1.Take jaggery in a bowl
2.Add water and allow it to melt.
3.Add chopped basil leaves, ginger, sliced mandarins, lemon juice and lemons to it.
4.Add cardamom powder & salt to taste.
5.Serve cold.
