Apple Fritters with Vanilla Sauce
  • Cook Time:
  • Apple slices wrapped in batter are fried golden and then drizzled with a freshly made, vanilla flavored cream sauce.


  • For Apple Fritters:
  • 2 apples
  • 2 gm yeast
  • 150 gm flour
  • 150 gm corn flour
  • 5 gm sugar
  • 120 ml water
  • Oil for frying

    For Vanilla Sauce:
  • 250 gm cream
  • 1 egg yolks
  • 50 gm sugar
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla essence


  1. For Apple Fritters:
  2. Slice the apples, 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Mix yeast in water, add 150gms flour, 150gms corn flour and sugar rest it for 10-15 min.
  4. Heat the oil, dip apple slices in the batter and fry till golden brown.

    For Vanilla Sauce:
  5. Boil the cream add the 1 egg yolks, 50gms sugar and vanilla essence into it on slow fire cook the mix till it becomes a thick sauce, strain it and cool down immediately.
