For Apple Fritters:
Slice the apples, 1/2 inch thick.
Mix yeast in water, add 150gms flour, 150gms corn flour and sugar rest it for 10-15 min.
Heat the oil, dip apple slices in the batter and fry till golden brown.
For Vanilla Sauce:
Boil the cream add the 1 egg yolks, 50gms sugar and vanilla essence into it on slow fire cook the mix till it becomes a thick sauce, strain it and cool down immediately.
